This is our typical overhaul process

Typical overhaul process would include: 1.	Component / assembly sent to us for assessment and quoting ○	Strip down of Assembly ○	Cleaning ○	Inspection  i.	determine reusable sub-components ii.	document variables and requirements 2.	Scope of work and quotation delivered, including an agreed schedule 3.	Quotation approved 4.	Job initiated ○	Scrap sub-components removal (such as bushes and pins) ○	Refit reusable sub-components ○	Replacement of sub-components ○	Agreed improvements / modifications completed ○	Re-Assembly ○	Painting 5.	Non-destructive testing such as crack testing completed 6.	Final Inspection Repaired / overhauled component / assembly delivered to you
